At ScentiMelti UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and labels are securely attached and the items are in unworn condition.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier collection point across the UK.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
